Empowering Minds Through Cutting-Edge Research

Partido State University demonstrated outstanding achievements in research and extension across its colleges in 2024, showcasing productivity, innovation and meaningful community engagement. Collectively, the university completed over 68 research studies, published 29-peer reviewed papers (including Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals), and presented 57 papers at national and international conferences.
In addition, research excellence was recognized through 19 awards, including top honors at the Bicol Health Research Contest and multiple best paper accolades. Innovation thrived with 10+ patents and utility models filed, such as food processing technologies and agricultural tools, further solidifying its role as a hub for innovation in the Bicol region. In addition, externally funded projects like the 2.1 million CHED Lakas macroalgae initiative by Dr. Michael A. Clores underscored ParSU’s research impact.
