Production & Income-Generating Projects
Cultivating Innovation, Generating Success

Partido State University (ParSU) continues to strengthen its financial sustainability through a wide range of Income-Generating Projects (IGPs) across its campuses. These include the rental of academic gowns, novelty items, vehicle stickers, test booklets, tilapia production, and hostel services. Among these initiatives, the sale of P.E. uniforms consistently serves as the top contributor, while smaller-scale projects like value-added fish products diversify the portfolio.
Over the past four years, ParSU has shown consistent growth in resource generation, reflecting its ability to adapt to shifting demands such as the transition from online to face-to-face classes. While there was a surge in revenues in 2023, the following year showed a more stable trend as demand normalized.
In addition to these projects, the University maximizes the use of its facilities and assets, such as hostels, dormitories, canteens, and the Business Hub Center, which serve as steady sources of income and entrepreneurial opportunities. The University Printing Press also plays a key role in supporting institutional needs by producing official forms, identification cards, flyers, and publications.
Through continuous monitoring, innovation, and collaboration with campus-based entrepreneurs, ParSU ensures that its production and business affairs not only support university operations but also create meaningful opportunities for student learning, community engagement, and enterprise development.
