• Senior high school graduates who have not enrolled in any diploma or degree programs after graduation.
• Basic Education Curriculum (Old Curriculum HS) graduates.
• Alternative Learning System (ALS) passer who is eligible for college admission.

• Two pcs 2x2 recent ID Picture (White Background in business or formal attire)
• School Certification signed by the school principal/registrar (FOR GRADUATING SHS STUDENTS)
• Authenticated photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card/F138 (FOR SHS GRADUATES)
• Authenticated photocopy of 4th Year HS Report Card/F138 (FOR OLD CURRICULUM HS GRADUATES)
• Photocopy of Certificate of Passing/Rating indicated for College Admission (ALS PASSERS)
• Copy of Grades/Transcript of Records (TRANSFEREES)
• Color-coded long-sized paper folder:

BLUE - College of Education

RED - College of Computational Science and Engineering

GREEN - College of Economics and Accountancy

YELLOW - College of Science & College of Integrated Arts and Humanities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL GROUP APPLICANTS

• Persons with Disability ID (Differently-Abled Applicants)
• DSWD issued Solo Parents ID (for children of Solo Parents)
• Brgy. Certification (for applicants residing in GIDAS)
• Certificate of Membership from NCIP (for members of indigenous community)

1. Visit the ParSU Student Admission Management System:
   Go to samrs.parsu.edu.ph.

2. Log In:
   Log in using your Google account.

3. Complete the Information:
   Fill out all the required fields. Note that the system will not allow submission if any information is incomplete.

4. Select Submission Details:
   Choose your preferred submission location and take note of the scheduled appointment date for submission.

5. Submit the Application:
   Submit your application and wait for the system to generate an electronic copy of the application form and student personal record form

6. Download and Print:
   Download and print the generated Application Form and Student Personal Record. Attach 2x2 photo and affix your signature.

7. Submit Application Requirements:
   Submit the hard copies of your application documents according to the following options:

   • In-person submission: Submit at the GAP Office in Goa Campus, Caramoan, or Tinambac Campus.

   • Via courier: For applicants residing outside Camarines Sur or the Bicol Region, send your documents through any courier.

   • Scheduled submission: Submit your documents during the scheduled processing of ParSUCAT Applications by GAP Personnel at PSU Sagñay, Presentacion National High School, Pambuhan National High School, or Siruma National High School.

8. Verify Requirements and Check Exam Schedule:
   Once your application requirements are verified, check the system for your examination schedule and venue using the email address provided during application.

9. Download the QR Code:
   Download or print the QR code generated by the system. Keep it safe, as it will be required on the examination day.

10. Important Reminder:
    Any falsification of application requirements will be grounds for disqualification from taking the ParSUCAT. This is subject to investigation and the decision of the University Admission Committee.

ADMISSION POLICY

No student shall be admitted without taking the Partido State University College Admission Test (ParSUCAT).

GENERAL INFORMATION

All incoming FIRST YEAR STUDENTS including honor graduates and recipients of scholarships are required to take the Partido State University College Admission Test (ParSUCAT). It is a (2.5) hour mental ability test and achievement test with subtests in Mathematics, Reading and Language.

• Present the QR Code together with valid ID during the examination date
• No proxy is allowed
• Arrive at the venue 1 hour before the scheduled exam
• Any form of cheating can be ground for disqualification.

Unsuccessful examinees may take the ParSUCAT after one year.

- ParSUCAT results are valid for 1 school year only.
