WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Senior high school students who are expected to graduate at the end of the School Year 2022-2023.
Senior high school graduates who have not enrolled in any diploma or degree programs after graduation.
Basic Education Curriculum (Old Curriculum HS) graduates.
Alternative Learning System (ALS) passer who is eligible for college admission.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Download the ParSUCAT Application Form and Student Personal Record from the ParSU Website (www.parsu.edu.ph) or at the GAP Official FB Page – PARSU – Guidance, Admission and Placement Office.
Secure and prepare the documentary requirements needed.
Submission of Application Requirements:
Submit personally at the GAP Office – Goa Campus or GAP Caramoan and GAP Tinambac Campus
Send the application requirements via any courier if the applicant is residing outside the Camarines Sur or Bicol Region.
Submit the application requirements on the scheduled date of the processing of ParSUCAT Applications of GAP Personnel at PSU Sagñay, Presentacion National High School, Sacred Heart Academy - Garchitorena and Pambuhan National High School.
Upon evaluation of the submitted application requirements, a Test Permit will be issued by GAP Personnel indicating the venue, date, and time of examination. For applicants who send their application via courier, a temporary test permit will be sent through email. Applicants with incomplete/incorrect requirements will not be issued a Test Permit.
Falsification of application requirements can be a ground for disqualification from taking the ParSUCAT subject to investigation and decision of the University Admission Committee.

ADMISSION POLICY
No student shall be admitted without taking the Partido State University College Admission Test (ParSUCAT).
GENERAL INFORMATION
All incoming FIRST YEAR STUDENTS including honor graduates and recipients of scholarships are required to take the Partido State University College Admission Test (ParSUCAT). It is a (2.5) hour mental ability test and achievement test with subtests in Mathematics, Reading and Language.
Unsuccessful examinees may take the ParSUCAT after one year.
