The Partido State University (ParSU) College of Fisheries and Marine Science (CFAMS) honored the outstanding achievements of its October 2025 Fisheries Professionals Licensure Examination passers through a Testimonial Ceremony, yesterday, November 28,2025. 

In his message, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo reminded the passers to explore wider horizons, lead communities, and protect marine environments. "Be the big fish you were meant to be—and make ParSU proud." He ends. 

Mr. Willy C. Janohan, who secured 6th place nationwide, received the first  PHP 100, 000.00 upscaled incentive for PRC Licensure Examination topnotchers. 

This milestone highlights the discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence shown by CFAMS graduates and students, strengthened by the unwavering support of University officials, faculty, and staff. Their success reflects the true ParSUan spirit and reinforces the University’s mission to produce competent, industry-ready professionals who contribute to sustainable fisheries development. 

CFAMS celebrated its thirteen new Fisheries Professionals—including Janohan, the campus’ newest topnotcher – after achieving a 100% passing rate for first-time takers and an impressive 89.50 % overall university passing rate, significantly higher than the 69.61% national average.
