๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ - In recognition of its continued support for the National Voluntary Blood Services Program (NVBSP), Partido State University (ParSU) received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development during the Bicol Sandugo Summit in Legazpi City.ย
Carrying the theme "Safe Blood, Strong Communities: Strengthening Voluntary Blood Donation in Challenging Times," the recognition acknowledged ParSU's partnership and contributions to promoting voluntary blood donation and helping ensure a safe, adequate, and accessible blood supply across the Bicol Region, following the successful conduct of its annual donation drive.ย
The annual convention brought together local government units, blood service facilities, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to share best practices, strengthen collaboration, and recognize their contributions to the implementation of the NVBSP.
Dr. Maria Aurora G. Caballero, Director of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Office, received the award on behalf of the University.
Through these efforts, ParSU continues to promote volunteerism and community involvement, encouraging the University community to take part in initiatives that save lives and support public health.
Guided by the spirit of "Sarong Dugo, Sarong Paglaom," the University encourages its community to sustain voluntary blood donation as a shared commitment to giving hope and saving lives.
ParSU expresses its gratitude to student donors, faculty and staff, ROTC reservists, parents, organizations, fraternities, and other stakeholders for their participation in advancing the University's blood donation initiatives.
