𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐅𝐒𝐂 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Partido State University (ParSU) held the Oath-taking and Turnover Ceremony of the Federation of Student Councils (FSC) for Academic Year 2025–2026 yesterday, September 5, 2025, marking a new chapter in student leadership and representation.

Outgoing FSC President Dolores B. Remodo reminded the new officers that true leadership means service, emphasizing “hindi sapat na lider ka, dapat boses ka ng estudyante.”

Building on this call to servant leadership, SUC President Arnel B. Zarcedo, EDEL further inspired the students to lead with humility, integrity, and purpose, stating that leadership is not about standing above others, but walking with them—listening, guiding, and empowering.

Continuing the call to purposeful service, newly elected FSC President Joselle T. Adorna embraced her new role as both a responsibility and an opportunity for growth. She affirmed to that effective leaders must listen, act, and serve, underscoring that leadership is not defined by titles but by purpose and impact.

ParSU extends its gratitude to the outgoing officers for their dedicated service and congratulates the new leaders as they as they begin their journey of serving the student community.
