Partido State University (ParSU) welcomes the delegation from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) for a benchlearning session focused on ParSU’s journey in the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. Institutional Accreditation (IA). 

Welcomed by university officials, IA area chairs, co-chairs, and the Quality Assurance (QA) Center team, headed by Director Janeth A. Cledera, CSPC delegates, namely Mr. Juvy M. Bustamante, Head, Center of QA, Ms. Jayvie Layson, IA Coordinator, Ms. Chariza Marie Olivares, Information Officer II, and Mr. Harold Ibarrientos, QA Staff, engaged in insightful discussions on ParSU’s strategies, best practices, and initiatives in IA and quality assurance. 

In his message, University President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo underscored the value of collaboration and shared learning among academic institutions. “This moment reminds us that our collective strength lies not in competition but in cooperation, for when we learn from one another, we move our students and the entire region forward,” he said. 

He further emphasized that the activity reflects a shared commitment to institutional transformation by building universities and colleges that create ripples of innovation, embody good governance, and serve as instruments of sustainable development in our communities. 

The visit also marked a continuing exchange of learning between the two institutions, following ParSU’s benchlearning visit to CSPC in May 2025 on the latter’s PRIME-HRM application journey, reflecting their shared commitment to growth and mutual development.

This collaborative learning initiative highlights ParSU’s strong commitment to continuous quality improvement and partnership, advancing the goals of SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
