


Partido State University (ParSU) through its Quality Assurance Office (QAO) successfully conducted the ๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฆ (๐๐๐๐ ๐.๐)ย on February 10, 2026, strengthening the universityโs shift toward smarter and more efficient digital workflows.
Developed in-house and tailored to ParSU processes, EDMS 2.0ย is designed to streamline and simplify the management, storage, and access of documents across the university. The system improves operational efficiency, ensures easier and faster access to important records, and supports the organized management of ParSUโs digital assets. Through hands-on simulations and guided discussions, faculty and staff gained practical skills in secure document handling, standardized workflows, and seamless collaboration across colleges and offices.
The workshop featured Mr. Charles Jasthyn C. De La Cueva, Administrative Officer IV of the QAO and system developer, as Resource Speaker. Along with his discussion, he emphasized the importance of user feedback, proactive issue reporting, and collaborative system enhancement to ensure continuous improvement. EDMS 2.0 now includes additional features such as a repository of external links and a calendar, with more enhancements expected in future updates.
Overall, EDMS 2.0 strengthens ParSUโs commitment to efficient, transparent, and responsive service delivery by enabling offices to manage records more effectively and support the universityโs mandate of quality public service.
