With a shared commitment to expanding academic opportunities, Partido State University (ParSU) and Panpacific University formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 23, 2026, at the ParSU Culture and Arts Center, marking one of the key institutional engagements during the 21st NAKEM International Conference.
Under the MOU, ParSU and Panpacific University will explore collaborative opportunities in student mobility and exchange, joint research and publications, academic forums, faculty development, and other areas of mutual interest.
Through benchmarking, resource sharing, and collaboration in quality assurance and internationalization, the partnership opens opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers to engage in academic exchanges and joint initiatives.
The agreement reflects ParSUโs continuing efforts to build stronger linkages with higher education institutions and advance knowledge exchange, innovation, and global engagement. It also supports both institutionsโ pursuit of sustained collaboration through the exchange of ideas, expertise, and best practices that advance higher education in the Philippines and beyond.
