Partido State University (ParSU) officially welcomed the First Semester of Academic Year 2025โ2026 through a simultaneous flag ceremony and opening program earlier today.ย
At the Goa Campus, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, EDEL, delivered his message, highlighting the Universityโs renewed commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and student empowerment. โThe university exists for you,โ he reminded students, urging the ParSU community to pursue learning with purpose and compassion.
Meanwhile, this weekโs value focus reminded the ParSU community to live out responsibility not just as a task, but as a daily commitment to personal growth and character development. For university officials, faculty, and personnel, it means showing up and stepping up, even when no one is watching, not for recognition, but because it embodies the character of a true public servant.
Concluding the program was the symbolic release of doves, representing new beginnings and the Universityโs 12 Academic Values: integrity, ย excellence, curiosity, respect, responsibility, collaboration, innovation, perseverance, open-mindedness, critical thinking, empathy, and lifelong learning.ย
