Four key officials from Partido State University (ParSU) have successfully completed leadership programs under the Leadership Essentials Courses at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Their participation was made possible through a scholarship from the Commission on Higher Educationโs (CHED) Higher Education Upskilling and Study for Advancement of Staff and Faculty (HUSAY) program.
๐ท๐. ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐-๐๐ข๐๐๐ก๐ (Dean, College of Business and Management), ๐๐ . ๐ถโ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ . ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ (Head, Records Management Unit), and ๐ธ๐๐๐. ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐. ๐บ๐๐ ๐๐ (Head, University Planning Office) finished the Digital Leadership Certificate Program in which they honed essential skills in strategic leadership and decision-making, advanced management practices, global adaptability, and driving organizational transformation.
On the other hand, ๐๐ . ๐๐ฆ๐๐โ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐บ๐ (Supervising Administrative Officer) completed the Leadership and Management Certificate Program where she studied to develop strategies for fostering an engaging work environment, recognizing work styles to enhance collaboration, aligning personal and organizational goals, nurturing a positive culture, and promoting feedback and idea-sharing.
