Partido State University (ParSU) joins fellow State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) at the 3rd SUCs Executive Forum, themed โHUISA 2026: Building Smart SUCs Through Collaborative Leadership, Digital Innovation, and Institutional Excellence,โ held September 1โ3, 2026, at the University of Rizal SystemโMorong Campus.
The forum brings SUC leaders together to exchange ideas and explore practical ways to make their institutions more responsive, innovative, and efficient. Discussions focus on the SMART SUCs 2030 Framework, SUC leveling, Certificate of Program Compliance and accreditation, board governance, and digital governance systems.
A key activity is the SMART SUCs Declaration and Commitment Signing Ceremony, where participating SUCs affirm their collective commitment to collaboration, innovation, digital transformation, and institutional excellence.ย
Sessions on digital governance, paperless processes, electronic document management, and integrated systems are especially relevant as ParSU works to improve its operations and service delivery to its stakeholders.ย
Representing ParSU are SUC President III Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, Vice President for Administration and Finance Prof. Charlie V. Balagtas, Board Secretary V Ms. Leih Anne R. Odoรฑo, Executive Assistant III Ms. Cherrylyn Castro, and Board Secretary I Ms. Judith A. Pontejos.
More than a venue for sharing best practices, the forum gives ParSU leaders space to reflect on what can be improved, adapted, or done differently. Through these exchanges, ParSU continues to build stronger leadership and governance while pursuing its goal of providing quality, efficient, and responsive public higher education.
