𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐉𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐗, 𝐂𝐁𝐌 𝐒𝐂 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧

To foster financial awareness and responsibility among students, farmers, and entrepreneurs in the Partido area, the Partido State University (ParSU) College of Business and Management (CBM) Junior Finance Executives (JFINEX) in collaboration with the CBM Student Council host the two-day Financial Literacy Caravan. 

Commencing with remarks from Dr. Rina A. Abner-Puerta, CBM Dean, and a special message from Ms. Nympha L. Go, Supervising Administrative Officer, Day 1 features insightful discussions on financial empowerment- Ms. Marie Chris G. Valencia, Senior Cooperatives Development Specialist of the Cooperative Research Information and Training Section with the topic 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, and Mr. Ed Saguibo, SmarTrade Head of Learning and Development, with the topics 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭: 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.

Moving forward, day 2 will focus on investment strategies, beginning with Rica A. Padayao and Liezel B. Panuelos from the Rural Bank of San Jose to discuss 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, followed by Ms. Divina C. Velasco, Assistant Unit Manager of Olympus Summit Life Insurance Agency, who will share insights on 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Concluding the sessions, Mr. Saguibo will again share his insights on 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤: 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. 

The event will wrap up with Ms. Mary Matthew Jamer, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Financial Management Program Chair and JFINEX Adviser, delivering the closing remarks. 
Through the valuable discussions and expertise of the resource speakers,  participants will be equipped with the fundamental knowledge and tools they need to make strategic financial decisions, paving their way for a more secure future.
