The Partido State University (ParSU) College of Public Safety and Community Health (CPSCH) โ Lagonoy Campus celebrated excellence and reinforced its commitment to producing top-tier criminology professionals through a Testimonial Ceremony honoring the 2026 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE) passers.
During the ceremony, the ParSU community proudly recognized the remarkable achievement of its twenty-six new criminologists. Their success propelled the University to 9th place nationwide among top-performing schools (30โ50 examinees category), with an outstanding 89.66% passing rate for first-time takers and an overall 86.67% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate of 66.11% and marking a significant institutional milestone.
In his message, University President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo invited the graduates to look back on their journey at ParSU- four years of hard work marked by long days, sleepless nights of review, discipline, setbacks, and quiet determination.
He emphasized that their formation went beyond passing an examination, noting that their years in the University shaped not only their competence, but also their character, sense of duty, and purpose as future criminologists. โLet this achievement be more than a personal triumph, let it be a call to purposeโ, he added.ย
More than a celebration of achievement, the ceremony served as an inspiration for aspiring criminologists at the University. It highlighted how the success of the passers mirrors the dedication and hard work of the CPSCH officials, faculty, and staff in shaping resilient, service-oriented graduates.
Congratulations, ParSU Criminologists! Your success sets the standard and strengthens the legacy of excellence.ย
