𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐔𝐍-𝐐𝐀 𝐈𝐐𝐀 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Partido State University (ParSU) further strengthened its quality assurance practices as its delegates took part in the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 (𝐈𝐐𝐀) 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐀𝐔𝐍-𝐐𝐀) 𝐈𝐐𝐀 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏.𝟑, held on August 26–28, 2026, at Cebu Technological University.

The three-day workshop focused on IQA, evidence-based decision-making, continuous improvement, and strengthening institutional quality systems. Participants from various higher education institutions engaged in hands-on activities and peer learning to better understand and apply IQA practices at their institutions.

 Representing ParSU were Engr. Kier P. Gasga, Vice President for Executive Operations and Institutional Development; Ms. Janeth A. Cledera, Director of the Quality Assurance Office; Dr. Niño R. Rebuya, Dean of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management–San Jose Campus; Dr. Jossie B. Romero, Dean of the College of Business and Management; and Ms. Monette A. Espia, Lead Internal Quality Auditor, Lead Institutional Data Provider, and Administrative Officer V of the Quality Assurance Office.

The workshop is a collaborative capacity-building initiative of the AUN Secretariat, the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Higher Education and Development, the ASEAN Quality Assurance Network, and the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc.

Through this engagement, ParSU continues to advance its culture of quality and continuous improvement, bringing home valuable insights and practices to strengthen the University’s IQA system further and contribute to institutional excellence.
