Partido State University (ParSU), represented by President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, joined higher education leaders and officials from State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) across the country in the Elevating Leadership and Institutional Capacity Towards Excellence in Philippine Higher Education (ELITE-PHE) program conducted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in partnership with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) on September 6โ9, 2026, at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City.
Conducted under CHED HUSAY, the four-day program brought together SUC leaders for discussions and exchanges on issues and directions relevant to Philippine higher education.
As one of the participating SUCs, ParSU joined fellow higher education institutions in sharing perspectives and experiences on sector-relevant matters. The engagement provided the University with a broader view of practices and developments across public higher education, offering points for reflection as it continues to shape its own institutional direction.
Through engagements such as this, ParSU remains connected to the wider higher education community and the conversations that influence its continuing development.
