Partido State University conducted a two-day Pre-Audit: Internal Quality Audit (Simulation) across all campuses as part of its sustained efforts to strengthen institutional systems and ensure preparedness for the upcoming ISO 9001:2015 Second Surveillance Audit on January 26โ27, 2026.
In his opening message, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Michael A. Clores emphasized that the pre-audit simulation is more than a compliance exercise; it is a shared opportunity for the ParSU community to demonstrate its commitment to excellence, integrity, and service. He noted that quality does not happen overnight, but is achieved through teamwork, discipline, and a shared vision. He reminded participants that, "every [prepared] document, every process review[ed], [and] every piece of evidence present[ed] is [a proof] of our dedication to make [ParSU] a trusted institution and a source of pride for our people."
The University-wide activity involved various offices, colleges, and campuses, with the active participation of Internal Quality Auditors, auditees, and process owners. The simulation focused on the systematic review of operational processes, documented information, and the effectiveness of implementation, ensuring alignment with established quality management standards.
As a proactive quality assurance measure, the pre-audit simulation aimed to identify areas for improvement, address potential gaps, and reinforce good practices across both academic and support services. Lead Internal Quality Auditor Ms. Monette A. Espia underscored the importance of the activity in helping offices and units assess their current practices, enhance consistency, and take timely actions ahead of the formal internal and external audits.
This initiative underscores ParSUโs continuing commitment to quality assurance, accountability, and continuous improvement, reflecting the Universityโs dedication to delivering efficient, responsive, and learner-centered services in line with international standards.
