Partido State University marked its 24th Charter Anniversary with the theme "Fostering a Vibrant, Resilient, and Inclusive Community that Transcends Borders." The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass on March 5, 2025, followed by a vibrant week-long series of events from March 24โ28,2025.ย
The festivities started with a parade and float competition followed by various activities showcasing the students' talents, such as ParSU Got Talent, Hataw Sayaw, and traditional games in Laro ng Lahi. Further, the Mercado de ParSU, book fairs, and college booths highlighted innovation, camaraderie, and creativity, while wellness activities like the Fun Walk and Wellness for All promoted the health and well-being of the ParSU community.ย
"Cultural identity shone through Rokyaw ParSU, and sustainability efforts were emphasized with a mangrove planting initiative in Sagรฑay. The university also honored over 500 students at the Student Recognition Rites, and partnerships were celebrated during the PagHonra, a tribute to stakeholders and collaborators.
The week culminated with Parangal 2025, a prestigious awarding ceremony recognizing outstanding faculty, staff, and students for excellence in teaching, research, and serviceโsolidifying ParSU's commitment to innovation, leadership, and transformative education.
The 24th Charter Anniversary celebration of ParSU is not just about looking back on history but also about anticipating a brighter future ahead. The week-long activities will allow the ParSU community to come together, reflect on how far the university has come, and look forward to even greater accomplishments in the years to come, particularly as ParSU approaches its Silver Anniversary in 2026.
As the university continues to evolve, ParSU's officials, faculty, and personnel remain dedicated to building on the institution's legacy of success- shaping the future of ParSU and contributing to the socio-economic development of the Bicol Region and beyond.
