To empower students in making informed career decisions and prepare them for professional success, the Guidance, Admission, and Placement (GAP) Office of Partido State University (ParSU) successfully conducted the ๐๐ฐ๐จ-๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ-๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ themed โFuture-Ready: Guiding Students into the Professional Worldโ on October 23โ24, 2025, at the ParSU Gymnasium.ย
The activity gathered graduating students from all ParSU campuses who participated onsite and online. In his inspirational message, ParSU President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, urged students to sharpen not only their skills, but their purpose, emphasizing the value of service, excellence, and integrity in their career journeys. He encouraged them to carry the light of ParSU wherever their paths may lead โ with puso, kusog, and isog.ย
Speakers from various agencies shared valuable insights to guide students toward employment readiness and professional development. These included Mr. Michael S. Albaรฑo, MSDRM, Labor and Employment Officer III, Department of Labor and Employment; Mr. Dennis L. Orfano and Ms. Ma. Cecilia H. Furaque, Labor and Employment Officers I, Department of Migrant Workers; Ms. Glea Joyce V. Hicario, Social Insurance Assistant, PhilHealth; and Mr. Rene Hector Villareal, Officer-in-Charge, Social Security System โ San Jose, Camarines Sur.ย
Complementing these discussions were sessions by ParSU faculty and staff: Ms. Ma. Noreen Salvacion M. Evalla, Information Officer III, on Interview Skills 101, Ms. Eunice Santelices, HRMO I, on Power Dressing, and Mr. Marvin O.
