Partido State University (ParSU) joined Bicol SUCs and key government agencies in advancing grassroots innovation across the region through the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the the Department of Science and Technology β Regional Office V (DOST ROV) on March 19, 2026 at The Concourse Convention Center.
The partnership unites institutions in driving research, strengthening science communication, promoting tourism, and expanding capacity-building initiatives through multi-sectoral collaboration.
ParSU President Arnel B. Zarcedo attended the event, alongside fellow PASUC Bicol Presidents and representatives from other key government agencies, namely, DOST ROV Regional Director Rommel Serrano, reflecting a strong collaborative presence among higher education leaders and public institutions.Β
