College of Engineering and Computational Sciences

The College of Engineering and Computational Sciences (CEC) was established as a strategic initiative to strengthen academic programs and broaden educational opportunities. Its creation stemmed from the integration of the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) programs with selected disciplines from the College of Arts and Sciences, namely the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS), and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (BSMATH). This consolidation was formalized under Board of Regents (BOR) Resolution No. 72, Series of 2023, in alignment with the institutionโ€™s Strategic Plan 2023โ€“2027.

The College of Engineering and Computational Sciences aims to produce globally competitive graduates with high ethical standards of professionalism, committed to advancing mathematical and technological innovations, fostering research-driven solutions, promoting environmental sustainability, ensuring active stakeholder participation, and designing resilient infrastructure development projects
