The Partido State University congratulates the seven faculty members who successfully completed the degree Master in Applied Economics through the Offshore Program of the De La Salle University. The project was initiated by Atty. Christian Rivero, Education Supervisor of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Dr. Raul  G. Bradecina, PSU President.

The entire project implementation was facilitated by Dr. Bernadette Gumba, PSU Graduate School Dean, with the help of Mr. Rolan Jon Bulao, Director of the PSU Institute of Economics. The Offshore Program was implemented through the Memorandum of Agreement between the School Graduate Studies of PSU and DLSU, as approved by the Board of Regents through Resolution no.54, s.2020. The DLSU counterparts were Dr. Marites Tiongco, Graduate School Dean and Dr. Dickson Lim, Economics Department Coordinator.

The successful MAE graduates are as follows: (1) JENIEVI ASIA; (2) MENCHI DEL CASTILLO; and (3) EMMANUEL ONSAY, all from the College of Business and Management; (4) MICHAEL VALE of the College of Education; (5) FRANCIS IGNATIUS NIEVA of the College of Arts and Sciences; (6) PRIMO BARJA of the Caramoan Campus; and (7) RALYN VALENCIA of the San Jose Campus. Mr. Onsay received a scholarship through the CHED-SIKAP Grant. Mr. Barja and Ms. Valencia were supported by the scholarship program of PSU. Ms. Asia, Ms. Del Castillo, Mr. Vale and Mr. Nieva, admirably, spent their personal funds to defray the cost of the graduate program.
