Partido State University underwent and passed the online ISO 9001:2015 Second Surveillance Audit—with zero non-conformity—conducted via Zoom on December 18-19, 2020 by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc.

The auditors who diligently interviewed and offered sound criticisms and advice to the auditees were Mr. Hilario J. Capili, Ms. Jogina Mendiola, and the team leader, Ms. Michelle Pestanas. They emphasized on the policies created by the university to cope with the changes in the management system caused by the pandemic.

The auditors first interviewed the Top Management before separating and conducting a simultaneous audit of the different offices, colleges, and campuses. Three breakout rooms were designed and hosted by the Information Communication Technology Management Office (ICTMO) to facilitate the synchronous auditing.

In his message, University President Dr. Raul G. Bradecina guaranteed that ParSU will continuously work hard to become a premier university of higher education not only in Partido but in the Bicol Region.

Dr. Bradecina also added that for the university to successfully achieve its continual improvement, it will need the expert assistance and guidance of people from reputable quality assurance institutions like TÜV Rheinland Philippines, and the guidance of technical persons such as the university’s ISO consultant, Engr. Helen Alian-Evalle.

This achievement was realized through the holistic efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the university.
